Riesling GG Hipping er en tør, kompleks og terroir-drevet vin fra den ikoniske Hipping-mark i Nierstein – en sydøstvendt, stejl skråning med rød skiferjord, der giver vinene intens mineralitet og finesse. Vinen åbner med en kølig, præcis næse med noter af gule stenfrugter, citrus, urter og en diskret røget tone. I munden er den saftig, slank og koncentreret med en præcis syrestruktur, vegetale undertoner og en kalket mineralitet, der trækker en lang og vibrerende eftersmag. Selvom vinen er drikkeklar i sin ungdom, har den klart potentiale til 10–15 års udvikling, hvor den vil åbne sig yderligere og opnå mere dybde og kompleksitet.

96 point - Vinous: "The 2024 Riesling Niersteiner Hipping Grosses Gewächs still has a touch of reduction on the nose that relaxes into a subtle creaminess. Crunchy, juicy red apple and lemon aromas meet on the nose, while the palate is a triple triumph of juiciness, freshness and suppleness. This is beautifully smooth, fresh and zesty, with an exquisite saltiness. The 2024 is lovely and will last for a long time with all its energy, fill and joy. (Bone-dry)"
