I glasset byder vinen på en forførende bouquet af fersken, citrus, mineraler og humleblomst. Smagen er på en gang fyldig men også let som en fjer, takket være vinens ultrafine friskhed. Eftersmagen er kolossalt lang. Nyd vinen op til ti år fra høståret, gerne som ledsager til retter med skaldyr, sushi eller som aperitíf.
93 point - Vinous: "The 2024 Riesling Roter Hang Niersteiner was picked in Hipping, Pettenthal and Rothenberg. Only the very slightest reduction appears on the nose. The palate is taut and concentrated right away. It tingles with lovely spice, mouthwatering saltiness and juicy tangerine peel. The 2024 is a wonderfully vivid but totally strait-laced Riesling. All is held with just the merest touch of creaminess from the oak. (Bone-dry)"
