94 point - Christy Canterbury, TimAtkin.com: "Remarkably pure on the nose, this pulses with citrus and mineral intensity. This is fermented entirely in large barrels, which really only shows up in the mid-palate texture, save – possibly – the hint of savory spice. Give this a few years in bottle."

91-93 point - Inside Burgundy: "Sample taken from various barrels, not otherwise yet assembled. There is an oaky element but it works well with this terroir, in complement to the fruit. Quite a wealth on the palate, on the cusp between white and yellow, then a buttery oaky quality to finish – but absolutely not interfering with the fruit. Fine length. This will grow into itself very well. Not new wood. Drink from 2024-2028." 

90-93 point - Allen Meadows i Burghound: "Discreet but still noticeable wood easily allows the elegant floral-suffused aromas of mineral reduction, lemon rind and sea breeze. The racy, wonderfully refined and beautifully detailed flavors exude a bracing minerality on the youthfully austere and impressively long finale. This too needs more depth but appears to have the necessary stuffing to develop it."

Jean Collets vine har ry for at være blandt de bedste, der produceres i Chablis. Og det forstår man, når man smager. Duften er frisk, nuanceret og rig. Smagen på en gang fast, fyldig og meget lang. Perfekt til f.eks. østers, skaldyr, pighvar, rød- eller søtunge.
