Der er 8 Premier Cru vinmarker i Pernand-Vergelesses, hvoraf der på 3 udelukkende produceres hvidvin. Île des Vergeslesses grænser op til Savigny-les-Beaune. Vinen fremstår flot granatrød i glasset og åbner aromatisk med sofistikerede krydderier. Næsen fortsætter med kirsebær, solbær og noter af viol. Det er en klassisk frisk og mineralsk vin med balance og flot frugt.
