These medicinal aromas work well given the very contracted fruit and the textural darkness that comes with the unique appassimento process (with air-dried fruit). You get aromas of dried plum and prune with plenty of generous spice and tarry smoke, but what stands out most are those dried herbal tones."

Persists for a long time, slightly alcoholic in the aftertaste."
