90 point - Vinous: "The 2021Pouilly-Fuissé Climats is detailed and focused with crushed stone infusing the vivacious apple fruit, gaining in intensity as it opens in the glass. The palate is well-balanced and sport a clever reduction. With good weight and density, it's smoky towards the finish. I would tuck this away for three to four years. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting."
Druerne til Normands Climats bliver høstet i kommunen Solutré fra 3 forskellige climats (parceller), og heraf navnet. Der er brugt pneumatisk presse så et nænsomt pres, og vinen gennemgår efterfølgende lang gæring på egen gær. Lagringen foregår Sur Lie og 12 måneder på franske fade.
Vinen fremstår spændstig og samtidig elegant i glasset med florale noter som lind, dahlia og bergamotte, samt et strejf af vanilje. Flot koncentration og supermineralsk chardonnay. Nyd vinen af store glas til f.eks retter som ceviche, tun tataki eller spæde lammekoteletter.
