Bishop fremstilles 100% af Shiraz fra 35 og 120 år gamle vinstokke plantet i det eksklusive Ebenezer-distrikt i Barossa Valley. Vinen er lagret 16 måneder fortrinsvis på fade af fransk eg. Duften byder på klingende rene toner af blåbær og solbær med et let strejf af mørk chokolade og vanille. Smagen er kraftfuld og meget koncentreret, og eftersmagen er meget, meget lang.

93 point - James Suckling: "A solid, well-made and linear shiraz with blackberries, dried herbs, meat and some baking spices. It's medium- to full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Vivid, with a kick of peppercorn on the palate, balancing with the rich core of fruit. Fleshy, generous and in control, with a flavorful, persistent finish. Drink or hold."

91 point - Robertparker.com: "The 2022 Bishop Shiraz is silky and concentrated, with lashings of regionally persuasive fruit and chewy tannin. Though not a hugely complex wine, it is very satisfying and delivers a convincing argument for Barossa Shiraz.
