Jordbunden på Taylors Pass Vineyard er en ypperlig eksponent for en mineraldrevet vinstil. Vinen har komplekse aromaer af citronskal, grapefrugt, hvid fersken, mandel, røg og brioche. Finishen er lang med subtile nuancer af velintegreret eg. En enkeltmarks Chardonnay med stor elegance!

95 point - Cameron Douglas, MS: "There’s a fine and alluring gentle savoury core to the bouquet just before aromas of yellow citrus and stone fruit scents invade the palate. A sweet barrel and wood spice layer layer in complexity and depth. Silky textures touch the palate first followed by flavours of citrus and apple, some stone fruit and quiet savoury spice. Fine tannins texture with a refreshing acid line. Youthful and still developing, but delicious all the same. Best drinking from mid 2022 through 2028+."

94 point - Anne Krebiehl MW for Falstaff: "The subtle bouquet reveals aromas of greenish lemon and lime. The smooth palate offers freshness accompanied by lime and lemon aromas. The long finish, in turn, reveals citrus notes."

93 point - Decanter: "Lots of ripe melon and orchard fruit on the nose with touches of sweet spices. Creamy texture on the palate."
