92 point - Robert Parker: "All Shiraz, all from the Ebenezer section of the northern Barossa, the 2018 Bishop Shiraz is a super value in the context of Barossa, and Australian Shiraz in general... It delivers bountiful cherry and raspberry fruit, accented by hints of mocha and cola. It's medium to full-bodied, plump and juicy, fruity and lush, but reined in by firm, savory tannins on the long, mouthwatering finish. It should drink well for up to a decade."

Bishop fremstilles 100% af Shiraz fra 35 og 120 år gamle vinstokke plantet i det eksklusive Ebenezer-distrikt i Barossa Valley. Vinen er lagret 16 måneder fortrinsvis på fade af fransk eg. Duften byder på klingende rene toner af blåbær og solbær med et let strejf af mørk chokolade og vanille. Smagen er kraftfuld og meget koncentreret, og eftersmagen er meget, meget lang.
