Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse, Blanc, Vieilles Vignes både fadgæres og fadlagres. Kun en lille del af fadene er nye, og integrationen med vinen er førsteklasses. En fyldig, intens og nuanceret vin med et særdeles diskret strejf af ny eg og en lang frisk og mineralsk finish. En superb Mâcon Blanc.
Vinous.com: ”Aged for a year in barrels, then six months in tank; from vines averaging 70 years old, most of them planted just after World War II. Shows more apple and spices than honey on the nose. Then more honeyed and a tad rustic in the mouth. Spicy and slightly dry on the finish”.
