Achelo viser på smukkeste vis, hvad den franske Syrah drue formår i bakkerne ved Cortona. Farven er dybrød. Duften har frugtede noter i smukt samspil med peber og tobak. Smagen er fyldig og smidig med noter af brombær, blomme og tobak. Excellent til retter med lam, kalv eller vildt.
