Displays supple, open-knit flavors of smoky dark fruits, mocha and candied flowers, with a peppery element adding lift. Shows very good clarity for its richness, with a sweet floral pastille note carrying through the long, smoky, gently tannic finish."

Wallace er lavet på 80% Shiraz og 20% Grenache fra det eksklusive Ebenezer-distrikt i Barossa Valley. Vinen er lagret 14 måneder på fade af fransk og amerikansk eg. Duften er kompleks sammensat af intens bærfrugt, orangeskal, vanille og mineraler. Smagen er saftig og kontant med stor fylde, og munder ud i en lang, varm finish. En vin, der både giver stor umiddelbar nydelse, men som også opfordrer til fordybelse. En fornem ledsager til retter med oksekød, lam, kraftigt fjerkræ eller dyrevildt.
